You will be responsible for:
- Generating and enhancing sales activities in your region to OEM factories, bike brands & assemblers.
- Eager to develop good relationships with our customers, to ensure long-term relationships & sustainable growth, especially with Product Managers and key stakeholders.
- Have a passion for creating new business and have entrepreneurial skills.
- Have a strong feeling for the bike market.
- Join and support several bike shows and other industry events for Okawa throughout the year.
- Strong commercial mindset, and a good technical know-how.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the Bike industry in your region.
- Strong relationship builder and can ensure the sale of e-bike motors in your region.
- Loves to build things up from scratch and is comfortable with rapid changing working environments. As a start-up you may expect several adaptations in all levels of work and working procedures.
- Fluent in the language for your region and have great English skills as well, both verbally and in writing.
Working hours: 40 hours.
Working location: In your sales region, home and occasional visits to European HQ.
