Nijkerk (The Netherlands), April 14^th, 2023 – As one of the most innovative participants in the field of e-mobility, Okawa Motor Technology is strengthening its presence in important European markets: Since 16 March, Niels van der Steen has been Head of Sales for the Benelux region (Netherlands and Belgium). He made his first appearance at the recently concluded Taiwan Cycle Show, where he was already able to initiate some promising collaborations for Okawa.

As a former professional cyclist, he has always been passionate about a career in the bicycle business, which results in an extensive 18 years of experience in the bicycle industry. “My main focus has always been on sales and marketing roles, from setting up an export business from scratch to building a sales and marketing team to support major sales for leading companies,” says van der Steen.
